We played at the Parr Hall, it was... lets say an experience. Our fans who came down to watch were utterly amazing and more than made up for the fiasco which was the 'organization' of the gig.

Sadly though it was Magic Weekend (The single biggest night for Rugby League in Warrington aside from the cup matches) and many of our fans already had tickets. Because of this we lost out at the competition.

HOWEVER we have some very good news. Our follower count on twitter is over 19,000 we've had over 5ooo hits on youtube from the footage of 'Generation X' live at the MCA; and best of all reverbnation.com the worlds foremost unsigned acts website currently ranks us:

Number 1 in all Cheshire Indie charts
Number 2 in Manchester's Indie charts
Number 9 in the UK's Indie charts
Number 116 in the Global Indie charts

(how do I improve my rank... By being fucking awesome, that's how)

We are utterly overwhelmed by these figures and are looking forward to the future... in which we will be ranked first in every chart ;)

We we involved in a text in vote competition this week. Details can be found here.

Well the votes were in on Tuesday and we are through. The good people of Wazza want us to play at the Parr Hall on Saturday the 25th of May!

If we win on the night we will have the Warrington Guardian give us coverage for a full year and we will be given a VIP slot at Warrington Music Festival.

News/Gig Update

The gig was fantastic. 

We all had an unbelievably good time doing our thing, and the crowd reaction was brilliant. Thank you to everyone who came up to Manchester to show their support; We hope you all had as good a time as we did. If you weren't there, never fear we will be doing gigs a bit closer to home very soon.

We play our first show as PROJECT No1 this Saturday as the headline act at Manchester Club Academy tickets are still available, but the coach is almost completely full so contact us ASAP if you want to come down.

We had a great time down at Whitby Studios this Sunday recording our Demo; we blasted through 2 tracks thanks to the Professional technician Ian. The two tracks can be found at the top of the list in the 'music' page to the right.
